Christmas Baking

Christmas is around the corner. You know what that means… time to bake cookies! I’ve decided to share my cookie selection for the year, courtesy of allrecipes.com. I went with Butter Cookies IV. I didn’t realize how many versions of butter cookies there are, but #4 suited it me just fine. I tripled my recipe, and, well, don’t ask me how many cookies I ended up with, but it was a lot. Maybe even enough to give a cookie to everyone I’ve ever met in my life… Okay, not that many. But, there was a lot of cookies cooling on my counters.
